Structural Report - Residential (city)

Structural Report
Project: Residential – City

When contemplating renovations, at what point can a building’s existing structure be considered no longer viable to repair and better off being completely replaced?

In this project, consideration was given to termite damage, water damage, poor initial construction and age related deterioration and faults.

Complete renewal and replacement of the main structure was considered to be the most cost effective solution.
